Meet the Founder
Emma Ritter
Emma Ritter is a former 2x All-American outfielder at Virginia Tech and a professional softball player for the Florida Vibe. A four-year starter at Virginia Tech from 2021–2024, she was a consistent offensive leader and one of the toughest hitters in the country to strike out, earning recognition for her performance against top competition.
Emma discovered her passion for coaching and investing in athletes while giving lessons during her summers home from college. Through her own experiences and challenges, she connects with softball players in a meaningful and personal way. Emma finds great joy in using the gifts the Lord has given her to pour back into athletes—helping them grow in confidence, develop their skills, and fall more in love with the game.
